Import Taxes & Duty
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs,
customs charges, DDP, VAT, and the like, once your package reaches your country.
These fees are not included in your billed shipping cost. Any and all import
taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and
taxes levied by the host country are beyond our control and scope. We urge our
customers to check with the local authorities to see what kind of import duties
are levied by the Country they reside in.
Any packages refused by international customers for tax liability will receive
full credit card payment MINUS Shipping fee when items are returned to Modern
Vapor. No refunds will be made until items are returned to Modern Vapor.
If packages need to be reshipped, additional shipping costs will also apply.
