Modern Vapor tests the (batteries, atomizers, chargers) before they are packaged and sent to our customers to ensure they are a working product.
We
provide a 14 day warranty on all the starter kits we sell. Within 14 days after you receive your order if you have any problems, we will either fix or replace the
item. We must receive the defective parts back from you prior to issuing any replacement parts.
**There are NO REFUNDS on any products for any reason. We are confident in the quality of our product and we will provide excellent customer service by working with you if you need assistance in using this product. Please complete all your research first before placing your order and feel free to email or call Modern Vapor on any assistance/research needed.

If the problem persists then please let us know and we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
We will then
tell you where and how to ship the item back to us.
Once we receive
the item, we will either fix or replace the item at no charge.
If you need the replacement part immediately we can ship
you the new part(s) right away. Your credit card will be charged for the
amount of the new part(s), and upon receipt of the faulty part(s), we will credit your card
for the new part(s) purchase amount.
All replacement parts are shipped by USPS First Class.
