Modern Vapor Warranty We stand behind the quality of our products and we offer a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials for all of our products and accessories except items that are noted as Clearance item sold AS-IS. This warranty will be considered void if the product has been tampered with in any way, has been used with parts other than those sold and supplied by Modern Vapor, is damaged through improper use, negligence and/or abuse.
What to do if you have a problem with a product
·Complete the section below ·Under “Message” section, explain in detail the issue you are having. ·We will contact you and provide you a shipping address to return the item. ·Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and contact you on actions taken.
*All replacement parts are shipped USPS First Class Returns Modern Vapor sells quality products and is confident you will be pleased with your new kit. Our number #1 goal is customer satisfaction and if within 14 days from the date of purchase you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 877-312-ECIG (3244) to troubleshoot any issues/concerns you may have. If we find we cannot resolve the issue via phone, we will provide you a shipping address to return the item. If we find the equipment has not been tampered with in any way or damaged through improper use, negligence and/or abuse, we will authorize a refund for the item(s) you purchased and are returning minus 15% restocking fee.
*Kits come with Pre-filled Cartridges and Caps/Plug which cannot be re-sold and you will be informed not to return these items.
