I ordered this on 12/23, and rec'd it on 12/28. Impressive shipping time, considering the holiday.
I've owned this less than a week and I'm already completely done w/traditional smokes. I had a bit of a headache making the switch, but I had the same headache when I made the switch to rolling my own (which didn't last, due to the time/ effort involved). It's the lack of chemical additives in pre-packaged cigarettes. Excedrin takes care of that.
Regarding cartridges: You can choose how many mg of nicotine you get. When deciding which nicotine cartridge size to get, remember that a regular cigarette has approx. 1-3 mg of absorbed nicotine. I smoked 3-5 cigarettes a day. If we say I absorbed 2 mg of nicotine per smoke, I was getting 6-10 mg of nicotine. I ordered the 16 mg cartridges, and they last me 1.5 days, which was what I figured when I ordered it.

Even with the holiday, still only took 3 days to show up at my doorstep. I shopped around at many other websites, and this one was BY FAR the best deal out there. Everything you need to get started in a cost-friendly kit. Ive already recommended this product to many people locally. If youre considering making the switch to e-cigs, this is the right choice.

Got my kit today, only took two days that's great. But not happy with the cart's., my first one has only lasted six hours, very disappointing. I'll see how the rest do.

.... with an E-cig. Brilliant.
However I have to admit the sidesho is a pleasure to use. It's simple, I was an e-cig virgin, and I'm an idiot with technology and I could manage it. More importantly, it is surprisingly enjoyable and sturdy.
My suggestion is if you are considering an e-cigarette to cut down on how much you smoke, first try some disposable rubbish one, see if you hate it, when you say to yourself 'not as pleasurable as a normal cigarette but not bad' go and buy the sidesho. I've had my baby for just about a week and it is already helping me cut down on how much I smoke. I love it.... probably too much.
